Our History

At Clear Passion, our story began with a simple love for Golden Retrievers — their gentle temperament, intelligence, and unwavering loyalty. What started as admiration for this extraordinary breed gradually grew into a dedicated breeding program built on care, responsibility, and respect for the breed standard.

Over the years, Clear Passion has become more than a kennel; it is a place where every dog is raised with attention, affection, and commitment to health and temperament. Our goal has always been to preserve the beauty and character of the Golden Retriever while raising puppies that will become cherished members of their future families.

Our history is shaped by passion, patience, and the belief that exceptional dogs are raised with both knowledge and heart.

Foundation of Clear Passion Kennel

CH BLUES STAR MUSIC OF GLEN SHEALLAG, daughter of Team Spirit of Glen Sheallag, and CH TRAMIN VIENNA WALTZ, daughter of Robin Hood of Glen Sheallag, became the pillars upon which our breeding program at CLEAR PASSION KENNEL was built.
To this day, both females can be found in the pedigrees of our current dogs

First Litter

In January 2008, Clear Passion Retrievers proudly welcomed the very first litter born under our kennel’s affix, “Of Clear Passion.” This special litter was the result of a carefully planned mating between our foundation female, CH Blue Star Music of Glen Sheallag, and the exceptional World Winner 2006 Moondust Masterpiece.

2008 import

In the summer of 2008 we imported the male CH TRAMIN ANOTHER DAY IN PARADISE, into Clear Passion kennel. He also had the beloved Glen Sheallag lines, being a son of Multi CH Robin Hood of Glen Sheallag and Ch Real World of Glen Sheallag. He was a successful show dog, winning many Best of Breed titles and podiums during his show carrier.

In February 2011, Clear Passion Kennels welcomed an extraordinary litter from the foundation female, CH BLUE STAR MUSIC OF GLEN SHEALLAG, and the renowned World Winner DEWMIST SILK SCREEN. Among this exceptional litter, the standout male was PICTURE PERFECT OF CLEAR PASSION

2012 – Clear Passion kennel

In the summer of 2012, a remarkable litter was born from the pairing of CH PICTURE PERFECT OF CLEAR PASSION and CH THEVENET TRAMONTANA DESATADA.

2013 Spanish imports

In 2013, we went once again to Spain with the purpose of importing two exceptional male dogs. The first, CH THEVENET CAMINANTE NO HAY CAMINO was a son of Remington Ringmaster, while the second, JCH THEVENET PRINCIPE DE LOS CARPANTOS, was sired by Multi Ch Ashbury Angelheart

The two puppies—MOONDUST HIGLHANDER and MOONDUST ESTACY—were a brother and sister duo, sired by the esteemed Majik Truth or Dare, a multi-champion male who would go on to become European Winner the following year

Danish bloodline

JCH Legendary of Clear Passion, born in 2016, quickly became a standout male in our kennel. He is the proud son of CH MOONDUST HIGLANDER and GOLDENFOCUS IRRESISTIBLE GIRL, a female we imported from Denmark. Irresistible Girl, a descendant of the prestigious Majik Finders Keeper, perfectly complemented our male Moondust Highlander, resulting in a litter of exceptional quality.

2016 -2018

CH Standing Ovation of Clear Passion, known as Oscar, was born in early 2016 from the pairing of CH Moondust Highlander and CH Zampanzar No Time for Love. Oscar, along with his sister CH Special Edition of Clear Passion

Simply Fabulous of Clear Passion : A Quiet Legacy

In early 2018, we had the privilege of welcoming a litter from the pairing of FULL OF HOPE OF CLEAR PASSION and Multi CH BB KING OLIGARCHIA. Among the puppies, we chose a promising male, SIMPLY FABULOUS OF CLEAR PASSION, whose pedigree traces back to our foundation female, CH Blue Star Music of Glen Sheallag.

They have been a part of our breeding program, and we are proud of each and every one of them. Some have gone on to other kennels, while others remain in our program, continuing to influence the next generations.
