In the spring of 2011, Clear Passion Retrievers was thrilled to welcome three exceptional imports from the renowned Thevenet kennel in Spain, all of whom carried the prestigious Glen Sheallag bloodline. This remarkable trio included CH Thevenet Rebelde sin Causa, a male, and two stunning girls that were sisters, CH Thevenet Delfines En Tu Voz and CH Thevenet Quizas Manana Sea Tarde.
The sisters were daughters of the beautiful Remington Ringmaster, an outstanding stud from the UK. Remington Ringmaster carried important bloodlines, including those of the Remington, Westley, and Ritzilyn lines. In particular, his bloodline traces back to Eng Sh Ch Ritzilyn Brandon, a top-winning Golden Retriever in Great Britain. All three imports quickly proved their worth, excelling in the show ring and completing their championships. CH Thevenet Quizas Manana Sea Tarde made us especially proud by winning her class at the European Dog Show 2012 under Judge Kari Järvinen from Finland. This victory made the 2012 European Dog Show a particularly memorable one for us, as we achieved a remarkable success with our dogs. In addition to Thevenet Quizas Manana Sea Tarde’s win in the intermediate females class, our homebred champion male, Picture Perfect of Clear Passion, won the intermediate males class, and our homebred champion female, Evidence of Love of Clear Passion, earned an Excellent 3 in the open class. It was a truly special moment for our kennel.
Speaking of Evidence of Love of Clear Passion, or “Evi” as we affectionately called her, she was born at the end of 2009 from the mating of our CH Tramin Vienna Waltz and Tramin Magellan. From the very beginning, Evi showed an incredible love for the show ring. Her enthusiasm and natural talent led her to complete several prestigious titles, including Romanian Junior Champion, Romanian Champion, and Serbian Champion. She also won the coveted Champion of Champions tournament.
We are fortunate to retain the bloodlines of Thevenet Delfines En Tu Voz and Tramin Vienna Waltz in our kennel today. This includes the offspring of Vienna Waltz, Call Me Irresistible of Clear Passion, born in 2010 from the mating with World Winner Dewmist Silk Screen. All of these lines now come together in a single female CH Nila of Clear Passion, that is 2 years old and just had her debut in dog shows in January 2026 and managed to close her Romanian Championship in the very same weekend, winning multiple Best female and BOS.
